For business customers, the length of the tenancy agreement is negotiable. The minimum length of the tenancy agreement is six (6) months.

If we have a suitable apartment available, moving in could even be possible on the next weekday! If an empty apartment needs to be furnished, the move can take place 2-4 weeks after the contract has been signed.

Only private individuals can book our apartments directly from our website.

However, if you have a specific apartment in mind, you can still book it for your business as an individual. Please provide the company name, business ID, address, and invoicing details as well as the tenant's name and contact information in the additional information field. Kindly also let us know about your preferences regarding furniture if applicable.

Yes! We say Joo to all pets suited to life in an apartment block. Please note that you’re responsible for any damage or excessive wear and tear to the apartment caused by your pet.

Corporate customers can choose from the following billing methods:

Please provide us with your company's invoicing information for sending the rent bills.

Consolidated billing is also possible.

The majority of our nearly 8000 Joo Kodit apartments across Finland can also be rented furnished.

Joo Premium is a fully equipped apartment. The fully furnished apartments include all appliances, crockery and cutlery, and home textiles. The rent also covers internet and electricity.

Joo+ is a partly furnished apartment, which comes with all the key furniture for carefree living, such as a bed, dining table and chairs, and an armchair. Joo+ apartments don't include the minor necessities of the home, such as home textiles and cutlery.

Yes, sure! We're flexible and always happy to take your wishes into account.

The rent of Joo Premium also includes the internet and electricity.

In most cities, our Joo Fixer service takes care of small fixes in the apartments and helps your employees in setting up their home free of charge. Read more about Joo Fixer here.

Yes, we'll be happy to offer you regular cleaning services.

Yes, definitely. We required all our tenants to have a comprehensive home insurance with a personal liability policy.

Many of our apartment complexes offer parking spaces to rent. Please let us know about your parking needs when contacting us.

We provide keys to you flexibly either in person at the apartment or at our office. You can also collect the keys from the Joo key lockbox at our office if you prefer to do so.

Please remember to bring a valid photo ID with you when collecting the keys. Accepted forms of identification include a Finnish passport, Finnish driver's license, or Finnish identity card. We also accept a foreign passport when presented together with a certificate of registration of the right of residence, Finnish residence permit card, or Kela card showing your Finnish personal identity code.

In urgent situations requiring immediate action needed (such as broken windows or water leaks), please contact the emergency maintenance number for your apartment complex. You can find the contact details for maintenance on the notice board of your building.

Smoking is always forbidden in the apartments. Some of our apartment complexes are completely non-smoking, meaning that you can only smoked in a designated area in the yard. In the rest of apartment complexes smoking is allowed on the balconies.

The tenancy agreement must always be terminated in writing. A corporate agreement can be terminated via email. You can find the notice period in the tenancy agreement. You can also contact your designated contact person.

The move-out cleaning of the apartment can be done by the tenant or the company. Alternatively, you can request our move-out cleaning service at an additional cost.

The keys should be returned to the Joo Kodit office. We'll provide detailed instructions on how to return the keys well in advance before the end of the tenancy agreement.
