Here’s for new beginnings.
Carefree rental living? Just say Joo.
Your place to live more and worry less
When you don’t have to worry about the small details of everyday life, you’ll feel comfortable, safer, and more content. That’s when you’re free to say Joo – which means yes in Finnish! That’s Joo, or yes, to embracing the new, seizing the moment, and following our hearts – even throwing caution to the wind sometimes.
By saying Joo, we believe in new opportunities and new beginnings.
Life in our rental homes
Making everyday life easy and carefree is the essence of both our service and our rental apartments. Some stay with us for a long time, while for others we’re a temporary solution. We rent out first homes for students, love nests for couples, and happy havens for small families. The one thing all our tenants have in common, however, is that they need a home base for building the life they desire.
In whatever situation you find yourself, you’re always welcome to come, stay, and go. We’re here to help you focus on what’s most important: life itself, with all its surprising twists and turns.
Say Joo and you’ll enjoy:
- The Joo team’s care and assistance – we’ll look after you and your apartment!
- Zero deposit guarantee
- Pet-friendly apartments. Your pet is as welcome as you are
- Flexibility – you’re free to move on after one month’s notice period
- Mostly new or nearly new apartments
- Convenient transport connections and local services
- Apartments to match your needs, from studios to 3 bedroom apartments
How to rent a Joo apartment
We want to make renting a new home easy and carefree for you.
Here’s how it works:
Fill in the application form vuokrahakemus.fi.
Our local representative will contact you to arrange a viewing or to finalise the tenancy agreement.
Once we’ve approved your application, we’ll send you a link to digitally sign the tenancy agreement. You can sign it with your Mobile ID or online bank identifiers.
After signing the agreement, you’ll need to take out a comprehensive home insurance with personal liability coverage, as well as make an electricity contract.
Finally, just pick up the keys. Good luck for your new home!
