Stove not heating? Don’t worry, it's not always broken. Before contacting maintenance, try these quick checks:

• Turn off the stove’s fuse for a few minutes, then turn it back on.

• Reset the residual-current device (RCD) in the fuse box.

• Check that your cookware is suitable for the stove type.

• Ensure the child lock isn't activated. 

• See if the issue affects all burners or just one. 

• Clean the stove if needed.
