Welcome to residents' spring festival in Toppilansalmi, Oulu
Is your bike rusty, running steps uncertain, or are you in need of new cooking inspiration? On Saturday, May 17th, it's time to head to the Joo Kodit resident event in Toppilansalmi, Oulu at Satamatie 5. Expect a day full of activity, engagement, and community spirit. This cheerful neighborhood event is not to be missed!
Spring Festival Program:
From 10 am to 4 pm: Bicycle maintenance at the inner courtyard bike shelter
From 12 pm to 2 pm: Running clinic, starting from the inner courtyard
From 12 pm to 3 pm: Cooking session at Joo Hetki
From 12 pm to 3 pm: Housing Q&A in the inner courtyard – the first 25 participants will receive a summer flower!

Bicycle maintenance
The professionals of Mullet Bike Service will fix Joo Kodit residents' bikes for the summer. They can do quick and small maintenance of up to 15 minutes – free of charge! The bike maintenance operates on a walk-in basis. They can change a tire or inner tube, pump air into the tires, tighten screws, replace chains, straighten wheels, bleed brakes, or perform other quick and small tasks.
Please note that larger and more demanding repairs are not possible. If your bike requires more extensive maintenance, Joo Kodit residents will receive a 20% discount when you take your bike to a Mullet Bike service point. Read more on Jooppi.
Running clinic
Welcome to a relaxed and inspiring sports session for Joo Kodit residents! At the running clinic, we will put on our running shoes and enjoy the joy of running together. The coach for the session will be running coach Jenna Lempinen. Places are limited, so sign up quickly!

Housing Q&A
Come and meet the Joo team and ask any housing-related questions you may have. The first 25 Joo Kodit residents will receive a small summer flower! No registration is required.
