Please leave all the keys, including any mailbox keys or parking space keys, on the kitchen worktop of your rental apartment by 12 p.m. on the end date of your tenancy agreement at the latest. Kindly inform us via email at vuokraus@joo-kodit.fi or by phone on 0400 213 132, when you have moved out and left the keys. We can then inspect the apartment at the earliest possible and return your deposit to you quicker, if you have paid one.

The office is open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. If the end date of your tenancy agreement falls on a weekend or on a public holiday, the keys should be returned to the mailbox at Lukko Luke's door at 12 p.m. on the end date of your tenancy agreement at the latest. Return your keys to Limingantulli if you are moving out from Kempele or from Oulu city center, Karjasilta, Metsokangas, Hiironen, Hiukkavaara, Höyhtyä, Taka-Lyötty, Kynsilehto, Oulunsalo, Kempele, Kiulukangas, Tuira, Kakkuuri, Maikkula, Kivikkokangas, Vanhatulli, Vaara, Etu-Lyötty, Sarkkiranta or Metsärinne.

Our address is Limingantie 4 LT 1, 90400 Oulu. Please return the keys in the key drop envelope or another envelope marked with your name, address and apartment number to the letterbox of our office. You’ll find it next to the office door.

Toppilansalmi office:

Return your keys to Toppilansalmi if you are moving out from Toppilansalmi, Linnanmaa, Ritaharju, Lipporanta, Alppila or Välivainio.

Our address is Satamatie 5, 90520 Oulu. You'll find our office at the Joo Hetki café, at street level at the apartment complex. If you're arriving by car, the easiest place to park is outside the K-Supermarket. Please remember the parking disc!

Our office is located at street level. You'll find us at the corner of the apartment complex, next to the daycare centre. If you're arriving on foot or by public transport, the easiest way to reach us is via Fatabuurinkatu. If you're arriving by car, take the gravel road off Pansiontie, which is marked in pink on the map. You can only access this road when coming from the west. If you're driving from the city centre, simply make a U-turn by the Neste petrol station. You can park your car right outside our office.
