Picking up and sending parcels is really carefree with the iBoxen delivery box, which is located in the yard. You can pick up and return all parcels that Matkahuolto transports, such as your online orders. In addition, you can send parcels all over Finland to Matkahuolto service points and also abroad. Download the Matkahuolto Paketit app from your app store and make your parcel handling easy!

Kotipihallasi on iBoxen-pakettiautomaatti, josta voit noutaa Matkahuollon kuljettamia verkkokauppaostoksia ja muita Matkahuollon kuljettamia paketteja kätevästi vuorokauden ympäri. Voit myös lähettää paketteja kaikkialle Suomeen Matkahuollon palvelupisteisiin sekä ulkomaille. Pääset käyttämään iBoxenia, kun lataat itsellesi Matkahuolto Paketit -sovelluksen laitteesi sovelluskaupasta.

Each apartment has its own warm storage space. The storage area can be found on the first floor and on the 8th floor.  Storage space for apartments 1-9 is on the first floor and for apartments 10-53 you can find it on the 8th floor.

Irtaimistovarastot 1-9 löytyvät ensimmäisestä kerroksesta ja irtaimistovarastot 10-53 ylimmästä kerroksesta. Irtaimistovaraston lukko on sarjoitettu huoneiston avaimeen.

The laundry room has both a washing machine and a drying room. You can access the laundry room with your own key.  There is no need to book a drying room separately.

Kuivaushuone löytyy pesutuvan yhteydestä ylimmästä kerroksesta. Kuivaushuoneen käyttö on maksutonta eikä kuivaushuonetta tarvitse erikseen varata.

On the 8th floor has a free laundry room for residents to use. The laundry room has both a washing machine and a drying room. You can access the laundry room with your own key.

You can book your laundry shifts with the One4all Mobile app. [See the instructions for using the One4all Mobile app here](https://sites.google.com/one4all.fi/usermanuals/home). Please register with the same email address that is in your rental agreement.  

Laundry shifts cost €1/h. The app will make an authorization hold 5 days before your laundry shift, but the actual payment will be made at the start of your shift. This means that if you cancel your shift, you will get your money back. 

Psst! It is a good idea to wipe the washing machine door seals with a damp cloth after each washing cycle to avoid possible unwanted stains on clothes. Joo Kodit is not liable if there are marks on the clothes or if they get stuck in the drum.

Vuorojen varaaminen hoituu kätevästi One4all Mobile -sovelluksella. Rekisteröidythän sovellukseen samalla sähköpostiosoitteella, joka on vuokrasopimuksessasi. 

Tunnin mittainen vuoro maksaa 1 €. Kun varaat pyykkivuoroja, huomioithan pesuohjelmien kestot varausta tehdessä. Osa ohjelmista saattaa kestää kauemmin kuin tunnin, joten voit varata useamman tunnin mittaisen vuoron putkeen. Kulku pesulaan tapahtuu omalla avaimellasi. 

Psst! Koneiden luukkujen tiivisteet kannattaa pyyhkäistä kostealla liinalla jokaisen käyttökerran jälkeen, jotta vältyt mahdollisilta ei-toivotuilta tahroilta vaatteissa. Joo Kodit ei ole korvausvelvollinen, jos vaatteisiin tulee jälkiä tai ne jäävät jumiin rumpuun. 

The building has a nice sauna section with a beautiful view on the 8th floor. 

You can use the One4all app to book individual sauna sessions for a different day each week. In the app there's a booking calendar, where you can see all the available times for the following two weeks. 

One hour sauna shift costs € 5 and can be paid with the One4all Mobile app. The app will make an authorization hold 5 days before your sauna shift, but the actual payment will be made at the start of your sauna shift. This means that if you cancel your sauna shift, you will get your money back.

The sauna door will open only during your reservation period. You'll get in with your personal door code. You can check your code on the One4all Mobile app's home page. Enter the code to the reader by the door and press # at the end.

On Tuesdays, we hold free jogging saunas open to all:
- Women 18-19
- Men from 19-20 

Please note that you will also need to book a session in the jogging sauna via the One4all app. The door will open with your personal door code.

Ylimmässä kerroksessa sijaitsevasta saunasta on ihastuttavat näköalat Hämeenlinnan keskustan suuntaan ja saunomisen ohessa voit vilvoitella lasitetulla parvekkeella!

Bicycle storage/outdoor equipment storage area can be found on the first floor of the building. The storage area can be accessed both from the inside and outside.

Ulkoiluvälinevarasto löytyy taloyhtiön ensimmäisestä kerroksesta. Pääset kulkemaan varastoon sekä rappukäytävän, että oman ulko-oven kautta.
