Opening the lockbox
Please enter the code you received via text message on the keypad of the lockbox and press OK. If you prefer to use a QR code, you’ll find a link to the QR code in the message. The link will take you to a page with the QR code and further instructions.
The system opens the lockbox associated with the code. Pick up your keys and close the lockbox.
All done? Perfect! You’re ready to move in to your new home.
Did something go wrong?
Please ensure that you keyed in the correct code. You can also try to open the lockbox with a QR code, which you can find via a link in the same text message.
Make sure that all the lockboxes are closed and wait a moment. Then key in the code on the keypad again.
If you see the following text – ”tuntematon koodi, syötä uusi” (”unknown code, please enter a different one”) – press C, write the code again, and then press OK. This will reset the code.
Please take note of the following, too:
The keys will open the lockbox for 72 hours (3 days) from the time the message was sent to you. If the code has expired, please contact the Joo Kodit customer service by phone on +358 20 766 1390 or via chat on Jooppi app. Kindly also let us know if you’ve lost the message with the code.
