Emergency plan

In case of an emergency, dial 112. Follow the instructions given over the phone and only end the call when you've been given permission to do so.

In the event of a fire, extinguish the fire using the nearest fire extinguishing equipment. Limit the spread of the fire by closing doors, windows, and ventilation. If necessary, call 112 and rescue yourself and others in danger. Don't enter smoky corridors or use the lift.

If you hear the general alarm signal, which is a regularly rising and falling sound lasting for one minute, stay indoors. Close all ventilation, air vents, doors, and windows. Turn on the television or radio and listen for instructions. If needed, move to a shelter.
