The referrer must have an active lease agreement with Joo Kodit. In the "Double the fun" campaign, the new lease agreement for the friend must start no later than June 1st, 2025. The lease agreement is valid indefinitely, and its first possible termination date is specified in the lease agreement. The offer is only valid for new lease agreements and cannot be applied retroactively.
We will contact the referee after the new resident has signed their tenancy agreement, and inform them which month's rent the benefit can be applied to. The referrer can recommend Joo Homes to multiple friends, and they will receive a €100 rent discount for each new lease agreement made.
