We want to make renting a new home easy and carefree for you. Here’s how it works:
Find a rental apartment you like in our apartment search. Click on the "Apply now" link on the advert and fill in the booking form. You will need a Finnish online banking ID to confirm your identity. If you don't have Finnish online banking codes or you're under 18, please contact our rentals team via email at vuokraus@joo-kodit.fi.
If you are interested in renting one or more apartments for your business, please contact our rentals team via email at sales@joo-kodit.fi.
Once you've completed your application or booking, our rental representative will get in touch with you to arrange a viewing or to finalise the tenancy agreement. Both can be easily done online. After signing the agreement, you’ll need to get a comprehensive home insurance with personal liability coverage and an energy deal for the apartment.
Finally, just pick up the keys. Good luck for your new home!
