Welcome to join us for a relaxed and inspiring sporting event! In the running clinic, we put on our running shoes and enjoy the joy of running together. The running clinic includes:

  • Information about the wellness benefits of running

  • Tips for beginner runners

  • Warm-up and technique drills before the run

  • A light jog together

  • Cool-down after the run

  • Expert answers to your running problems

The clinic is held by running coach Jenna Lempinen. The running clinic starts on May 17th at 12 pm in the courtyard of Satamatie 5, and ends at 2 pm.

Registration has closed on May 14th. See you on Saturday!
