Changes in bill payments

Joo Kodit billing will be transferred to Ropo 16 September, 2024. After that, you will receive your rent bills from Ropo, who will also manage all billing-related customer services.

The bank account number and reference numbers will also change, so please check the new payment details on your bill. In the future, each bill will have a unique reference number.

You will receive your rent bills via email, unless otherwise agreed. Starting from 16 September, the sender's email address is laskutuspalvelu@ropo.com. You can also view your bills in the Jooppi residents’ app as before.
